These rules protect your time and keep progress consistent. By joining a membership, you agree to the following:

Frequently Asked Questions

Each session is 55 minutes.

Memberships are monthly recurring subscriptions. Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel.

Your membership includes sessions scheduled weekly:

  • Basic: 2 sessions/week

  • Advanced: 3 sessions/week

  • Premium: 5 sessions/week

Sessions are booked based on weekly availability. (A month is treated as a billing cycle.)

If you don’t show up, I wait 10 minutes. After that, the session counts as used.

Yes — each plan includes a set number of reschedules per billing cycle:

  • Basic: 1 reschedule/month (min 2 hours notice)

  • Advanced: 3 reschedules/month (min 2 hours notice)

  • Premium: 5 reschedules/month (min 1 hour notice)

 

If you request a reschedule, you must confirm the new date/time within 12 hours.

No. Reschedules must be used within the same billing cycle (same month). Unused sessions do not roll over.

No refunds for missed / unused sessions. You can cancel your subscription anytime to stop future renewals.

You can cancel anytime. Your access remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. After cancellation, the subscription will not renew.

By default, memberships are recurring. If you need a pause due to a special situation, contact me and we’ll review options depending on availability.

WhatsApp support is for planning + quick questions, not to replace sessions.

Topics: class material, study guides, vocabulary, and next-session requests.

Progress depends on your consistency and practice between sessions. You’ll get structure, feedback, and a clear focus — your results grow with your commitment.

Sessions are online (Zoom video call). You’ll receive your link and scheduling instructions after payment.
